My client, a global provider of Business Systems is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to support their customers who use their bespoke software application.
You will be a tenacious and enthusiastic individual who enjoys problem solving and seeing issues through to resolution. A degree in the area of computing would be beneficial.
The right candidates will have a knowledge or background in one of the following development languages:
This exciting role will require you to break out the application and read the code to identify patterns and if needed, work out where the application is failing.
The role requires excellent levels of customer service and a solid knowledge of supporting software applications such as ERP applications.
Strong communication skills essential.
