My client is looking for an experienced Application Trainer. My client provides web based systems based on the latest Microsoft technology to a wide variety of customers. They require a dynamic individual to be in a customer facing training position. The candidate will be expected to input into the UAT testing cycle as well escalate support issues when/if they come up.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
*Carry out training needs analyses and deliver customer training, both internally and offsite
*Develop and implement targeted training materials
*Provide pre-sales product support to the sales team
*Troubleshoot and resolve software application issues in a prompt and professional manner to ensure client needs are met with consistently high quality of service, and to escalate when appropriate.
*Assist in the QA process of new releases of the software
*Create and update product wikis and documentation
*Other duties as assigned.
Skills, Qualifications and Capabilities
*Training and presentation experience to a variety of audiences
*Experience of product support and problem analysis in a technical environment
*Confident and pragmatic
*A fast learner
*Excellent analytical and written skills
*Desire and willingness to travel to client sites, with possibility of international travel
*Travel industry experience
*Any formal qualifications would be a bonus but are inessential
