1st Line Support Analyst/Helpdesk/IT Engineer
A rapidly expanding multinational corporation are currently looking for a bright and enthusiastic 1st Line Support Analyst/Helpdesk/IT Engineer to work at their thriving Berkshire head office. The successful candidate will land a permanent role which will provide them with a huge opportunity for progression and professional development. Ideally looking for an adaptable individual who works with a hands-on approach and a strong customer service ethos.
Provide 1st line support for up to multiple standard users and additional franchisees/clients
Create new user accounts and reset passwords through Active Directory
Take inbound calls to gather information, process requests or escalate via ticketing system
Investigate and research issues within multiple technologies (including bespoke applications)
Solid experience within a ?hands-on ?customer service focussed support team
Have experience of supporting some of the following technologies; Active Directory, Windows 7/XP, Citrux, Lotus Notes, and a telephony system
Technically minded with the ability to learn bespoke applications with ease
Strong customer service ethos
Ability to handle large workload and pressure
