Hybrid Business Analyst / Systems Analyst / Helpdesk Support - 1 year fixed term to c. 33k + bens

Operating in a number of European countries within the insurance industry, our client needs to recruit two individuals to sit within their IT team to deliver business analysis for project work whilst also assisting with functional type issues that come in on the IT helpdesk. We have a good relationship with this client and good feedback from past placements.

You will work with the Systems & QA Managers on the policy upgrade reconciliation process. The Hybrid Business Analysts will provide support to external and internal customers by responding to queries in a timely manner regarding the day to day operation of the Insurance administration system. This will include second line support and advice to the customer service departments.

Essential skills:
*Business analysis / systems analysis
*Support experience
*Experience of working in a financial services environment.

Desirable:
*Working knowledge of in house IT system

Please note this is a fixed term salaried role. ASAP starts through until summer 2015. Base salary to c. 33k + all benefits as applicable for full-time employees (holiday pay etc.)

This role may suit an individual that has carried out the following roles: Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Support Analyst.
